The Accounting Manager manages accounting operations and ensures compliance with accounting laws, regulations and financial standards. Their main responsibilities include preparing, auditing and analyzing the company's accounts, financial records and other financial commitments. They also manage the accounting team and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.

Management of the day-to-day accounting operations Manage accounts payable and receivable, including collecting payments and identifying potential risks of non-payment Ensure the reliability and accuracy of accounting operations in accordance with internal processes and accounting rules and norms Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles Review all financial transactions for accuracy and ensure that accounting records are up-to-date Analysis of financial data Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement Reporting Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and other reports based on standard accounting practices Provide reports to management regarding the financial status of the company, including trends over time Prepare budgets, forecast future financial performance, and identify areas for cost savings Team management Manage team scheduling and absences to ensure service continuity Set individual goals and objectives for the achievement of business results, conduct employee appraisals, assess performance Ensure the development of employee skills Ensure that information is disseminated appropriately to teams Support and advice Communicate with clients, colleagues, and management to provide financial information, answer questions, and provide guidance on financial matters Recommend adjustments to improve accuracy of reporting Assist management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts Contribute to the improvement and development of new accounting procedures and practices Continually drive for process improvement/efficiency, identify areas for improvement, suggest and implement solutions Prepare and/or supervise other projects, as required Remain up to date on current trends, developments and best practices

La mission s'inscrit dans le cadre du déploiement du MDM Supplier (Master Data Management Fournisseur) à l'échelle du groupe GEODIS et de l'amélioration continue de la gestion des données fournisseurs, au sein d'une équipe agile, dynamique et engagée. Vous rejoindrez une équipe agile, dynamique et engagée, composée d'un Product Owner, de deux PPO, de deux développeurs MDM et d'une testeuse, évoluant dans un contexte international et contribuant à des projets d'envergure. Accompagné par votre tuteur, vos missions principales seront :  Contribuer à l'amélioration de la qualité de la donnée et produire des audits et rapports d'analyse  Supporter la remédiation et le nettoyage des données et élaborer des scripts et plan de migration  Assister le Product Owner dans la gestion du backlog  Interagir avec les interlocuteurs métiers pour identifier, clarifier et structurer leurs besoins  Participer à la rédaction des user stories, du contexte et à la définition des critères d'acceptation permettant de valider le développement  Réaliser des tests fonctionnels sur les développements réalisés, documenter les résultats et remonter les anomalies

Alternant dans le cadre d'une formation supérieure (Bac+5) en informatique, gestion de projet, data management ou équivalent  Intérêt pour la gestion de données, les systèmes d'information et l'agilité  Rigueur, esprit d'analyse, sens du relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe  Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint), connaissance des outils de gestion Agile (Jira, Confluence) appréciée  Maitrise de l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral

The apprentice GBPO will be a shared resource of both P2P GBPO and O2C GBPO. Indeed, these two streams are closely linked with multiple interdependencies to manage. The Junior GBPO will help to bring end-to-end vision of processes. The apprentice will contribute to: - Detailed design activities: Participate to Fit-to-standard and Fit-to-template workshops facilitating by the integrator. Contribute on detailed design activities like chart-of-accounts completion, accounting schemes definition. Support GBPO in interdependencies management (i.e., coordinate activities with Data Office for MDM and data steward/owners). - Data migration activities: Assist Data migration team within data workshops in supporting the functional knowledge. Contribute to data preparation activities. Track and monitor data cleanse activities and report on progress. Support business owners in performing checks to verify the data in SAP S/4HANA. - Pilot and Deployment activities: explain GEODIS Core Model to local users. Support/help them during User Acceptance Tests. In addition, the Junior GBPO will help the Source to Pay and Order to Cash GBPOs: - Support on project management activities, - Help in facilitating a community of Local Business Process Owners, - Contribute to change management initiatives. The list of missions will evolve to adapt to the activities, context, and organization of the project phases.
